Delaney Driver is a talented certified planner & designer with a deep love for the industry. She places a strong focus on creating positive, long-lasting relationships with her clients, helping them to enjoy their special day. Understanding that every wedding is different, she takes a personal approach to each event, creating a unique celebration fitted to her client’s personal style.
Although diagnosed with breast cancer in 2024 and currently on a survivorship journey, it has deepened her commitment to creating moments of beauty, joy, and celebration. She approaches each wedding with the understanding that life is fleeting, and every moment we get to celebrate together is a gift

MY BADASS TEAM
Morgan has been a pivotal part of WME, bringing years of experience with two bachelor's degrees from UCF's Rosen College in hospitality and restaurant management. She’s worked in fine dining and event coordination at venues like Postcard Inn and as Director of Events at Red Mesa Events. After taking a break to work as a property manager, she returned to the wedding world and joined WME. Now, she’s taking some time off to be with her daughter, and we couldn’t be more excited to see her grow into this new role as a mom while still being part of the team long-term.
She loves all things lush, fluffy and frilly (aka plants, animals and frilly things). If you don’t want her dancing at your wedding, maybe don’t play any music because ya girl can jig even to soft jazz.
Other things Morgan loves: her cats Daisy and Steve, anything involving our beautiful beaches and Gulf, Circus arts, and dancing, obviously.
Demi works full time for WME and is my right hand woman! With a background in corporate roles as a project and materials manager in aerospace, she brings a wealth of organizational and managerial experience to her role with us. Since joining our team in 2022 as one of our weekend warriors, she has consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering exceptional service in the wedding industry. Her combination of business acumen and hands-on experience makes her a valuable asset to our team.

Kate may be new to the team, but she’s no rookie to the wedding world, bringing experience from her time with a planner in North Carolina. A natural leader and go-getter with a laid-back vibe (probably thanks to her love of jam bands), Kate has hit the ground running and fit right in from day one.
